The Fund partners with AudioNet America to offer a network of Providers who will provide Hearing Aids to Participants with a fixed out-of-pocket cost. No more guessing what the provider will bill after the Fund makes payment.

High-Level
$700 / $1,350
Advanced Level
$950 / $1,850
Flagship Level
$1,100 / $2,150
Participants are eligible every 2 years.
