Health Care vs. Sick Care

In the U.S. it is easy to let maintenance care for ourselves go and put our own health on the forefront for many reasons, we may be preoccupied with the health and demands of our families friends and are we are used to a system in which we only care for the sick and do not fight the modest reductions in unhealthy behaviors could prevent or delay 40 million cases of chronic illness per year.

The foundation of our current health care situation is the treatment of illness and disease rather than the promotion of good health.


 

 

Live to Your Highest Potential

EXERCISE at least 30 minutes a day

 

 EAT A BALANCED DIET carbs, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, minerals, water.

 

SLEEP WELL 7-9 hours per night

 

ANNUAL CHECK-UPS get an annual physical at your primary care physician.
