The Fund will pay providers directly over an 18-month time frame. A claim form must be submitted each month for payment.

Plan participating dentist must accept the Carpenters Orthodontia Allowance as payment-in full.

If you pay out-of-pocket for covered expenses you will be reimbursed. Just send as itemized paid receipt to the Fund office.
