The Fund will pay for all lab work processed through LabCorp at 100%. These claims will be processed and paid by Blue Cross Personal Choice. The claims will no longer go through Health Care Solutions (HCSC) and will not require a yellow sticker on the back of your Personal Choice card. Present your Personal Choice card at any LabCorp location just like you would at a doctor’s office.

• Please note, for all lab work after May 1, 2017, Quest Diagnostics will no longer be a participating provider with the Fund. If you utilize a Quest facility after May 1, 2017, the claim amount will be applied to your $10,000 Out of Network Deductible.

• HCSC will still process and pay outpatient radiology (X-Rays, CT Scans, MRI’s, etc.) at 100%.
